La Bergerie is a charming country property situated in the Department of the Lot in south west France, equidistant between Bordeaux and Toulouse. The main house can accommodate six people in comfort in two double bedrooms and a tower room, whilst an adjoining two-bedroom studio with separate wetroom will sleep another four people. There is a self-contained cottage in the grounds which will accommodate a further four people. Set in over three hectares this enchanting property has extensive lawns, private woods and fields of hay, cut annually by a local farmer. La Bergerie boasts a particularly large outdoor pool (13m x 7m) surrounded by grass and trees and a covered verandah with spectacular views over the Chateau de Bonaguil.
